We have our own state of the art hitech fabrication shop Equipped with 1000W CNC Laser Cutting, CNC hydraulic Bending, Tig and Mig welding machines. We also have a turret punching option. Our Fabrication is semi modular design is less welded and more bolted which provides flexibility as well as strength.

Design tech with 3D Software
We use hitech 3D design software for fabrication and pre engineering. software reduces the error for fabrication, and we predefine even a small label hole on the software, that eliminates the drilling and other tool work after coating. Also we use hitech wiring and layout software which eliminates the wiring error and fast and accurate assembly.
Assembly Area
Our assembly area is the perfect combination of human power and machines with the capacity of manufacturing panels for more than 50CR. We have all the high-tech tools which are required for the assembly line. Our facilities included Automatic busbar processing, Automatic ferrule machine, Automatic wire cutting and stripping machine, Electric and pneumatic tools, Laser engraving machines and much more.
Testing Area
As per our motto, we deliver heavy duty panels, To ensure this Complete in house testing is done before dispatch. We equipped with 1000V Megger, 0-5KV HV tester, Relay testing kit, Millivolt drop test kit, Conductivity meter, PLC interfacing test kit, Coat thickness meter and hitech testing panel with capacity to test the panel up to 800VAC and 800VDC system
